What’s eligible for Purchase Protection?If your item doesn’t arrive, arrives significantly damaged, or is significantly not as described, you may be eligible for a full refund if you report the issue to Tokki.trade Support within 30 days of the date of purchase for nonarrival claims or within 3 days of arrivial for damage or not as described claims.
Your purchase will be covered and refunded if Tokki.trade verifies these claims after an investigation. Further photographic evidence, documents, or working with the seller may be requested as needed to review the case. These must be sent and conducted in a timely manner to move the case forward.
For items that include tracking, it is the buyer's responsibility to locate the item after it has been marked delivered. For items that include a proper video proof that shows the buyer's address on the parcel being turned over to a confidential, secured box or postal service, Tokki.trade Purchase Protection may not protect these cases of lost mail.

In order to ensure protection as a seller, here are some practices we recommend, especially for high value items:
Ship high value items out with tracking, insurance, and signature confirmation. This ensures proof of a person receiving and signing for the package at the correct address.
Take videos and pictures of the process of the packaging of the item, contents of the parcel, and shipping the item out. This can protect you in cases where a claim is made that the item was never shipped or wasn't shipped as described. It is the seller's responsibility to properly protect the item from reasonable damage.
Protect the item from reasonable damage by packaging securely to prevent movement and using toploaders and sleeves to protect photocards from bumps.
